By facilitating a smoother transition, new students are likely to adapt quicker and perform better academically and socially, thereby contributing to the school's overall success and reputation. Additionally, student volunteers engaging as 'school buddies' or mentors stand to develop valuable leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of inclusivity within the school community.
